У статті висвітлено питання, пов’язані з особливостями менеджменту й маркетингу в системі охорони здоров’я України. Узагальнено питання, пов’язані з управлінням в охороні здоров’я, систематизовано знання щодо менеджменту й маркетингу в системі охорони здо- ров’я, визначено види маркетингових стратегій у закладах охорони здоров’я.

Проводится анализ развития электронного управления в сфере образования в таких стра- нах, как Российская Федерация, Беларусь и Эстония. Сравниваются особенности предостав- ления образовательных услуг, их тематическая направленность на правительственных пор- талах указанных стран. Показаны отличительные характеристики реформы всей структуры государственного управления. Определено что создание информационных порталов позволя- ет обеспечить универсальное обслуживание граждан и доступ к информации.

The analysis of the development of e-governance in education in such countries as the Russian Federation, Belarus and Estonia. The features of educational services, their thematic focus on government websites of these countries are compared. The distinctive characteristics of the reform of the entire structure of government, the creation of information portals, allowing citizens to provide universal service and access to information are shown. This implementation of information and communication technologies to the field of public administration is the direction of modernization of the whole system of governance, which must meet the challenges of our time. Today, in the world there is practically no country that would not have used in their work the components of e-government. But the use of information resources can be different; this indicates distribution of the elements of their implementation and the extent of their integration into the management structures and functions. At present the technology of e-governance in the Russian Federation, Belarusian and Estonian model becomes the factor to improve the activities of public authorities, public organizations, serve to improve effectiveness of the government, ensure openness and transparency. The analysis makes it possible to say that e-government in general and education, in particular of Russian Federation, Belarusian and Estonian model, is based on providing information, consulting and online services. Information services are often relating to: providing information about the most current educational news in different sectors of society, the details of the mode and features of the various educational institutions (from kindergarten to after-school educational institutions, libraries, and public and private agencies), information about the content of various training courses, information on the possibility of obtaining financial aid, grants, scholarships for educational purposes. In the Russian Federation, Belarusian and Estonian model of development of e-government influenced the traditional functions of government in education in the context that there are more opportunities to do without direct interaction with managers.
